Check-in was a breeze, and the staff are some of the nicest and friendliest in the hotel business. The room was spotless and very nice. I hope to stay there again.
I've never been to this area for work, but wow, it's beautiful. The hotel was fantastic, staff were friendly & helpful, breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable, & the hotel was quiet. Recommend!
My daughter was graduating from Liberty University this morning so we needed a place to stay last night since we were traveling from Lexington SC. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk staff. Sarah was pleasant and helpful. We had an AC issue and we were promptly moved to an upgraded room for our trouble. Breakfast was very good with a large variety. I would stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it for the money.

My family and I live in Florida but we have family in north carolina and this is the hotel we stay at when we come for the last 16 years and when I tell you it's been consistently great every stay. Just checked out after a 5 night stay and per usual everything was perfect. Clean rooms,great breakfast, every staff member is friendly and attentive from the front desk to housekeeping. I have no clue why this hotel is rated a 2. I enjoy this hotel more than the Hilton and Marriott 10/10 always and our home away from home. Keep up the great work. See you all in June
We stayed at this hotel on Wednesday night - don't know what people are complaining about - afternoon and morning reception staff were very nice and helpful and changed our room for us to be more convenient for our access - room was lovely and roomy and large with two queen beds within - a fantastic cooked breakfast and I thanked the lady doing the cooking and cleaning as plenty of hot and cold healthy options - whats not to like? - We travel and live around the world now we are retired, usually 6 months of the year, and stay in all sorts of lodgings - this one is nice, clean and tidy.
